Well not the best day in paradise. Should have gone and said hello to the place I scatted my parents ashes some 20 years ago. But the living come first tried to help out our next door neighbour with out much success but will try again tomorrow. I am a little scared as my body is doing something more than usual with regard Fibromyalgia So will be seeing the doc this week. But with all that is happening around us find it hard to be selfish about my problems but they have over taken everything. Wish the world a better end of the day as I think we could all do with a reprieve.
Sorry for the downer again

alcohol which I know is wrong But tablets are the only other option
